• Required, under certain circumstances, to perform/assist all functions for all positions in the restaurant.

• Ensures the thorough training and development of Service Leaders, Certified Trainers, and other non-exempt personnel directly supervised, and the documentation thereof.

• Implementation, management, and enforcement of company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards.
• Ensures that all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner, according to all established procedures, performance standards, and specifications.

Sales
• Attends unit management meetings, makes presentations as requested.
• Anticipates, identifies and corrects system breakdowns to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
• Active management of the dining room and execute Guest satisfaction standards at each table.

Profit
• Ensures the unit's compliance to efficiency and service standards with a sufficient number of well-trained and productive employees.
• Ensures proper management of the facility and equipment through preventive maintenance, energy conservation, repairs, security measures, and adherence to safety and sanitation requirements.

Service Manager Key Qualifications:
• Must possess excellent communication and supervisory skills.
• Need at least two years of supervisory experience in restaurant management; similar concept preferred.

We are currently seeking the ideal candidate to fill a Director, Software Development position with our IT team.  The incumbent will be responsible for managing the design, development, and support of all restaurant back-office systems such as PRISM, FUSION, and eRES.  Additional systems that fall outside the scope of Corporate Systems will also be managed.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with IT staff management, system design, and project management along with a good working knowledge of accounting.  A 4 year college degree is required, preferably with a BS or BA in a related field (Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration).  Must have excellent project management & organizational skills including keen attention to detail.  Must be efficient and organized in their work, able to work independently and possess proven communication and customer service skills.

• Anticipates, identifies and corrects system breakdowns to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
• Active management of the dining room and execute Guest satisfaction standards at each table.

Profit
• Ensures the unit's compliance to efficiency and service standards with a sufficient number of well-trained and productive employees.
• Ensures proper management of the facility and equipment through preventive maintenance, energy conservation, repairs, security measures, and adherence to safety and sanitation requirements.
