Food Production Managers
At Perkins Restaurant & Bakery our Managers are part of the Perkins extended family and the families we serve. Food Production Managers are responsible for all heart-of-the house operations and assist the General Manager in the restaurant operations to ensure planned sales and profit levels are met or exceeded. Additional responsibilities include:
 
People
  • Provide direction to heart-of-house staff, ensuring execution of all employee duties to guarantee maximum guest satisfaction and a quality work environment.
  • Assists the General Manager in planning and analyzing administration and operations manpower.
  • Required, under certain circumstances, to perform/assist all functions for all positions in the restaurant.
  • Conducts employment activities to include staffing, scheduling, coaching, training, and conducting performance reviews with all heart-of-the-house personnel, as well as recommending salary increases and handling documented constructive coaching.
  • Ensures the thorough training and development of Production Leaders, Certified Trainers, and other non-exempt personnel directly supervised, and the documentation thereof.
 
Brand
  • Implementation, management, and enforcement of company policies, procedures, programs, and performance standards.
  • Ensures that all menu items are prepared, portioned, and presented properly in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner, according to all established procedures, performance standards, and specifications. Sales
  • Attends unit management meetings, makes presentations as requested.
  • Anticipates, identifies and corrects system breakdowns to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
 
Profit 
  • Ensures the unit's compliance to efficiency and food production standards with a sufficient number of well-trained and productive employees.
  • Ensures proper management of the facility and equipment through preventive maintenance, energy conservation, repairs, security measures, and adherence to safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Ensures that inventory levels for both food and non-food items are properly maintained in accordance with company guidelines through correct ordering procedures and efficient usage and yield application.
 
Food Production Manager Key Qualifications:
  • Must possess technical cooking and food preparation skill, and excellent communication/supervisory skills.
  • Need at least two years of supervisory experience in food production management.

Marketing Financial Analyst
We are currently seeking the ideal candidate to fill a marketing financial analyst role with our Finance and Planning and Marketing teams.  Candidates must have a minimum of five years experience as a financial analyst including expertise in computer modeling techniques.  Proven aptitude in working with data in a restaurant or retail environment with a minimum of two years experience working in an industry specific position performing marketing analysis. Proven capability of advanced skills and extensive hands on experience working with Excel and preferably database experience. 
 
Must have strong organizational and time management skills, strong presentation skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and maintain multiple projects simultaneously, high aptitude for math and working with numbers, exemplary customer service and problem-solving skills, proven integrity in maintaining confidential issues, and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).  A 4 year college degree is required (preferably in finance or accounting). 
 
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
·        Collecting and analyzing data on customer demographics, preference, needs and buying habits
·        Tracking and analyzing performance metrics
·        Applying statistical / mathematical modeling techniques to develop predictive models to support marketing campaigns
·        Working with the company’s marketing team to gather requirements and define the objective of the analysis
·        Participating in the development of findings and recommendations
·        Recognize and discuss trends, observations and insights gleaned across different projects
