We are currently seeking the ideal candidate to fill a coordinator role with our Marketing team to provide specified DMA’s with local marketing support such as coordinating grand re-openings, developing competitive intrusion plans, optimizing existing national promotions such as Holiday Bake Shop, and overseeing / developing LSM activities. This individual would work in our Orlando, Florida Support Center. Candidates must have intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and Lawson Software.

Must have strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and maintain multiple projects simultaneously, exemplary customer service and problem-solving skills, proven integrity in maintaining confidential issues, and excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Some college required but a BS in Marketing, Advertising or related field is preferred. Must have at least two years of experience with an ad agency or client marketing role preferably in hospitality. Must have experience with client (field) relationship management. Budget management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
• Preparation and distribution of DMA Advisors
• Creation of eBlast selection manifests and eBlast Advisors
• Maintain restaurant list and DMA alignment chart
• Set up calls and meetings as requested
• Coordination of assets / proofing / approvals for non-agency created ads
• Assist with LSM requests and follow-up with agency as needed
• Coordination of orders and manifests between agency and field team
• Coordination of updates to key documents (status report, monthly field report, etc.)
• Code and process vendor invoices / franchisee reimbursements and follow-up on timing / questions
• Pull redemption information and update coupon tracker
• Ability to work well as a team member as well as manage workload independently
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in an environment where guidelines and deadlines often change

We are currently seeking the ideal candidate to fill a Sr. Programmer / Analyst ERP position with our I.T. team. Candidates will develop, configure, code, test and debug complex new software as well as enhance and maintain existing applications in order to provide optimal user department services. This position will also assist with the design and documentation of any changes or enhancements to the company’s financial application software environment.

Candidates must have problem-solving skills, time management skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize work, and excellent communication skills. Candidates must have 4 years of experience in an Infor/Lawson environment (UNIX/ORACLE and/or Windows/SQLServer) with emphasis on business applications, structured analysis and programming. Experience with MicroFocus COBOL required. • Ensures the unit's compliance to efficiency and service standards with a sufficient number of well-trained and productive employees.
• Ensures proper management of the facility and equipment through preventive maintenance, energy conservation, repairs, security measures, and adherence to safety and sanitation requirements.

Associate Manager Key Qualifications:
• Must possess excellent communication and supervisory skills.
• Need at least two years of supervisory experience in restaurant management; similar concept preferred.
