We are currently seeking the ideal candidate to fill an accounting role with our Finance team to provide accounting support for implementation and maintenance of the Franchise Accounting Service program that is provided to our Franchise Community.  The position provides this support to a group of ownership locations.  Candidates must have intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and Lawson Software. 
 
Candidates must have strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize work and maintain multiple projects simultaneously, exemplary customer service and problem-solving skills, proven integrity in maintaining confidential issues, and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).  A 4 year college degree in Accounting or an Associate’s degree with relevant Accounting experience is required.  Candidate must be able to perform at an intermediate level with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel.

• Provide basic accounting processes including bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, gift card reconciliations, journal entry preparation / entry, and general ledger duties

• Weekly payroll deduction maintenance, Payroll WH tax ACH authorizations / settlements and notification to owners of these requirements

We are currently seeking the ideal candidate to fill a Sr. Programmer / Analyst ERP position with our I.T. team. Candidates will develop, configure, code, test and debug complex new software as well as enhance and maintain existing applications in order to provide optimal user department services.  This position will also assist with the design and documentation of any changes or enhancements to the company’s financial application software environment.

Candidates must have problem-solving skills, time management skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize work, and excellent communication skills.  Candidates must have 4 years of experience in an Infor/Lawson environment (UNIX/ORACLE and/or Windows/SQLServer) with emphasis on business applications, structured analysis and programming.  Experience with MicroFocus COBOL required.  A high school diploma is required, while a 4 year college degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Accounting with a focus on the technical skills required for the position or equivalent experience is preferred.  Prior experience with Infor/Lawson upgrades desirable.
