CREW / MANAGEMENT JOB OPPORTUNITIES

As you can read in our history, Perkins has restaurants in 35 states and four Canadian provinces. Each restaurant has an average of 60 crew members, who work with an Associate Manager, a Food Production Manager, and a General Manager. Overseeing groups of restaurants are Regional Managers, who report to Directors of Operations/Training.

General Managers participate in period, quarterly and annual incentive plans that can provide more than $17,000 in annual bonus payments. General Managers in our highest-volume restaurants have company cars and special top-dollar pay ranges.
