Perkins & Marie Callender's Inc. represents full service dining establishments under the brand names Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, and Marie Callender's Restaurant & Bakery.
With combined revenues exceeding $1 billion, over 600 corporate and franchised restaurants and more than 25,000 employees, Perkins & Marie Callender's Inc. is a major presence in the national dining scene.
The Company is majority-owned by an affiliate of Castle Harlan, Inc., the New York-based investment firm.
The combination of the Perkins Restaurant & Bakery chain with Marie Callender's occurred in May 2006.
Founded in 1958, Perkins operates 480+ restaurants in 34 states and five Canadian provinces. The Company also has a bakery goods manufacturing division, Foxtail Foods which manufactures pies, pancake mix, cookie doughs, and muffin batters for in-store bakeries and third party customers.
Marie Callender's, which dominates California and the southwest, operates 91 company and 42 franchised restaurants. It is famous for its fresh-baked pies and has a national presence through its licensed supermarket frozen entree lines.
Joseph "Jay" Trungale is Chief Executive Officer, Pete Pascuzzi is Chief Operating Officer and Fred Grant is Chief Financial Officer of Perkins & Marie Callender's Inc., headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee.
