The Perkins Guest Experience Survey will begin at 12:00am Central Standard Time (CST) on January 28, 2013 and end at 11:59pm CST on December 29, 2013.
Valid at participating restaurants only. Limit one survey per guest per month. To receive 10% off your next bill, current receipt including survey validation code must be presented on your next visit when ordering. Void if copied or transferred and where prohibited or restricted by law. May not be combined with any other coupon and excludes Bakery to Go items. Offer is good on promotional items and 55 Plus menu. Offer is not valid to employees of Perkins Restaurant & Bakery.
