The Butcher Block menu features a lineup of six choice-cut entrees, robust with flavor, available for purchase any time of day. Starting at only $8.99 at participating locations.
Perkins Restaurant & Bakery® is debuting its bakery-only delivery concept on DoorDash and Uber Eats, allowing consumers to order favorites from Perkins famous bakery with just the click of a button. The concept was tested at locations in Florida and Minnesota for several months and will be in all corporate-owned locations by the end of August. The first franchised locations are scheduled to launch in early September. The Bakery by Perkins menu offers all of Perkins core bakery items including whole pies, pie slices, cookies, Mammoth Muffins®, brownies and cinnamon rolls. The virtual concept allows for even more innovation, offering an expanded lineup of cakes and individual desserts including the new Chocolate Overload Cake, Raspberry Lemon Drop and Chocolate Peanut Butter Drop.

The Perkins Restaurant & Bakery location in Cheyenne, Wyoming came under new management with seasoned restaurant group, CyHawk Hospitality at the helm. The location has served residents in Laramie County since 1995 and is a beloved gathering place in the community. Jim Rahfaldt, the Founder and CEO of CyHawk Hospitality brings 35 years of restaurant industry experience to the table. Rahfaldt has worked with Perkins in the role of franchisee for 14 years, after opening his first restaurant with the brand in 2007. After starting with Perkins as a general manager, he eventually moved through the system to the position of Senior Area Director. Now Rahfaldt is a multi-unit owner who successfully operates 19 locations across the Midwest. With his sons Matt and Nick at his side, the family business has prospered.

The owners of Huddle House, Inc. have completed its purchase of Perkins Restaurant & Bakery, the storied and iconic chain with approximately 325 locations, which has become a staple in communities throughout the United States and Canada. The transaction closed October 22, 2019. The terms of the purchase were not disclosed.

Perkins Franchisee, CyHawk Hospitality, opened a new restaurant on Monday, August 19. The restaurant at 7301 Husker Circle in Lincoln, is the company’s 18th restaurant, and 4th in Nebraska. Their 3rd Nebraska location opened in Omaha in July of 2018. The newly constructed restaurant is located on the North side of Lincoln, near the I-80 and 27th Street interchange and has a staff of approximately 80 full and part time employees.
